Our Mission

Training is the key to athletic performance. Speed Cycling’s experienced and knowledgeable staff provide individualized, goal-oriented training for cycling, multisport, running and swimming athletes of all ability levels. We offer group training, coaching and personal training at Speed Cycling’s purpose-built Madison facility and we open our doors to other qualified coaches to train their athletes.

       

June 17th to 23rd Week at a Glance. Thursday Solstice Ride.

Monday 6pm Ladie's Ride.

Tuesday 6am Indoor Class. 6pm Outdoor cornering workout.

Wednesday 6am Bike Skills ride.

Thursday 6am Indoor Class

Thursday 6pm Solstice Ride. 2.5 hour ride leaving Speed Cycling at 6pm and enjoying the long daylight hours.

Sunday 9am ride from Arena WI.

Thursday finished day 5.   Royal Gorge forest fire has changed route for Friday.   The new route added 33 miles total 94 for the day and 3000 more feet of climbing total 4500 feet for the day

Days 3 4 and 5 were much better than 1 and 2 ....focused on drinking more 24 x 7, breathing, stretching and less on speed and staying with the group.   

This was our hottest and driest trip ever.

Did 401 miles in five days.
