Facility

Designed with the athlete in mind, our facility offer key features to deliver quality indoor cycling.  We use both CompuTrainers and standard resistance trainers.  We have ample cooling capacity and air flow to make sure that overheating and a corresponding drop in output are prevented.  We have a large HD video display.  We have designed the audio to allow you to understand the instructor over the trainers and cooling fans.

Our personal training area addresses your off the bike strength and conditioning needs.

You can clean up when you are finished working out in one of our 3 personal shower/change rooms.

Speed Cycling is located off of Seminole Hwy just south of McKee Rd.(Hwy PD) at 5956 Executive Dr. between Byrd’s Pub and Grill and the Princeton Club Express.  Speed Cycling is easy to get to and has plenty of parking.
