6pm Thursday Night Training Ride

Learn how to improve your cycling. Coaches Casey and Gordy will lead you on an information filled yet challenging training ride designed to help you develop your cycling skills and fitness. We will teach you the keys to being more comfortable, more efficient, safer and FASTER on a bicycle. We will practice skills and deliver structured workout to nurture your growth as a cyclist. We will communicate the "How" and "Why" of training on a bicycle. You will develop a confidence as you become better at climbing hills, riding in a group, going around corners and metering out your effort while riding and racing. We will answer you questions and provide feedback as we ride with you.

We will offer an option to ride and participate in the Practice Time Trials. This will be a great opportunity to discuss and execute racing strategy. We will also offer an option to perform a ride with a series of structured efforts and recoveries for those not interested in the time trials.

Riders of different abilities will spread out during a ride with efforts and recoveries. We will regroup after each effort. Casey and Gordy will work with pacing a different group of athletes on each effort. Everyone will get some one on one attention from a coach.

The Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday classes will compliment one another so that you develop the multiple facets cycling.
