6am Wednesday Morning Training Ride

Learn how to improve your cycling. Coach Gordy will lead you on an informational training ride designed to help you develop your cycling skills and fitness. We will teach you the keys to being more comfortable, more efficient, safer and FASTER on a bicycle. We will practice skills and deliver structured workout to nurture your growth as a cyclist. We will communicate the "How" and "Why" of training on a bicycle. You will develop a confidence as you become better at climbing hills, riding in a group, going around corners and metering out your effort while riding and racing. We will answer you questions and provide feedback as we ride with you.

These rides will oftern include a series of efforts and recoveries. Riders of different abilities will spread out during the ride efforts. We will regroup after each effort. Gordy will work with pacing a different group of athletes on each effort. Everyone will get some one on one attention from a coach.

The Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday classes will compliment one another so that you develop the multiple facets cycling.
