Tuesday 6am Indoor Cycling Class.
Part of the "Taste of Speed" program for October and then a regular class through April.
Join us for a structured training session. Each week the class will be different and focus on building your cycling fitness. Monday and Tuesday classes are different than Wednesday and Thursday classes, which are also different then weekend classes that will begin in November. Taking at least 3 classes per week will provide most of the quality training you need through the colder months. Be ready to meet your 2012 season prepared to do better than ever.
