6:15pm Monday Night Track Workout

Coach Joe Marks is a running and strength coach specializing in core strength specific for runners. His Monday night running strength sessions will combine a variety of aspects required to become a stronger, faster, more efficient runner. Variations will be included to allow for athletes of all levels to come and join in the journey of running better.   • Dynamic Flexibility/Muscular Activation Warm-up

  • Quality Running consisting of
    • Time Trials to measure current fitness level
    • Intervals varying in length and intensity to challenge all energy systems
  • Core Circuit Training
  • Cool Down/Stretch
