Personal Training & Assessment
Speed Cycling Personal Trainers will provide you with a fun and challenging workout which is designed just for you and your personal goals. You might be the athlete who needs an extra core workout or an extra challenge to build muscle strength and endurance; we’ll make sure you get the most of your 1-hour long workouts. All athletes, including cyclists, runners and triathletes want to stay injury-free and work on a well-supported body and core. Don’t forget this very important part of your training -- it’s personal and we offer a design for you at Speed Cycling. (10 session minimum)
Speed Cycling also offers injury assessment and prevention programs designed for you by licensed physical therapist Daniel Reimer. An initial assessment will establish a plan to address your specific needs. Work one-on-one in follow-up training sessions with Dan to measure your progress and adapt exercises as your body responds to the training.
