Our Mission

Training is the key to athletic performance. Speed Cycling’s experienced and knowledgeable staff provide individualized, goal-oriented training for cycling, multisport, running and swimming athletes of all ability levels. We offer group training, coaching and personal training at Speed Cycling’s purpose-built Madison facility and we open our doors to other qualified coaches to train their athletes.

       

May 13th-19th Week Schedule

 

Monday Ladies Night ride from Speed at 6pm.

Tuesday 6am Indoor Class, 6pm 5x 2 minute TTs plus 1x 10 minute at LT.

Wednesday 6am Bike Skills ride.

Thursday 6am Indoor Class, 6pm 20 minute criss-cross 90-110%.

Friday 8am easy pace recovery ride.

Sunday 9am ride from Black Earth

We'll explore some terrain a little more west of town this week. The feature climb will be on Mellom Rd. We'll ascend 300+ feet in about 1 mile with some steep bits in the middle and end.

Start at Veteran's Park in Black Earcth.

Be ready to ride at 9am.
